| Our factory is equipped with vast array of
machine tools for
manufacturing gears- spur, helical, bevel (GLEASON), external and
internal (FELLOWS). We have gear rolling machines, gear grinders,
spline millers/ grinders and CNC lathes/ machining centers. |

TREATMENT

Our company is pleased to

treatment services:

The processes are computer controlled to gain the
quality and
repeatability. We use endothermic atmospheres and imported
quenching oils (HOUGHTON) to minimize thermal deformations and to
achieve clean surfaces. The bolts are quenched after tempering
in a special blackening oil, which also provides
some corrosion resistance.
